Ingredients jo mentioned hai video mein vo 3 days pack ke liye hai.. fridge mein rakhe, roz lagayein & 4th day fresh bana le.
Clean face or lagayein, 90% tak dry hone dein... Scrub kerke utaar dein ( don't Scrub daily ) ... Wash karein normal water se and apna daily moisturizer laga lein...
7 days ke baad , week mein sirf 2-3 baar hi lagayein...
In English :
Ingredients mentioned are sufficient for 3 days pack. keep it in the fridge & apply daily. Make fresh on the 4 th day.
keep it on the face till it's 90% dry, scrub ( not daily ) n wash with normal water. apply your daily moisturizer.
after doing this for 7 days, do only 2-3 times a week from the next week onwards...
