I have a NWT Chi Chi London maternity dress similar to the one you found but with colorful floral embroidery. It has been sitting in my closet for over a year 😑
You can either check the colour of tags coming out on the new racks, recognize what wasn't there the week before, or learn our region's formula, which is something like if Blue is the 50% colour off that week, then Red will be the new tags that week.

I wish you could just stop saying that 30% off and 40% off are reasonable offers. There is a misconception that these offers are ok … maybe for you, but not for people that buy inventory and are trying to make a living off Poshmark
