An awesome find! Well done. We are still dealing with too much snow on the ground. Likely will be better for us to get out in a week or two. Have a good weekend.
Thanks brother! It's a dandy. I'm inclined to think it might be real as well. I can't recall ever having seen a fake rub that had the bark gouged like that.
I guess it could be, but I have never seen one in that area or heard of any reported in that county. I've personally seen one in far eastern Licking county.
@@Dark30Outdoors I rarely see them and we have a lot of them. I am always in the woods doing something. Ohio has no open season on them yet but the population is exploding as well as expanding. One was even spotted in Cleveland.
That was a Awesome find! Be interesting to see that buck next season. Maybe you should try alittle bow hunting in the area. Spring trail movement follows fall trails.
@@Dark30Outdoors or I could head your way brother. You can use an Ohio license to fish both sides of the Ohio river. Dam fishing can get fun sometimes.
Just an excellent video. Thoroughly enjoyed watching. Congratulations!
Thank you!
Wow, what a great shed find.

I believe the shredded tree you found could possibly be a bobcat scratching post. It would be a good one to remember and visit again.

It might be worth an early season sit or two. By the time the rut gets going there is a hunter about every 10 square acres! lol
