    Activity Flow:
    1. The player with the ball passes through one of his cone-goals into the cone-goal on the opposite side
    2. The second player takes the ball with the first touch to the other side of the cone goal and passes the ball with the second touch through his second cone goal towards the opposite cone goal
    3. First touch left foot, second touch right foot (change the direction after a certain time)
    4. Make it a competition! For every clean action award one point to the player (first touch to control and second touch to pass the ball through both cone gates)
    5. The first player with 10 points wins
    Organisation:
    1. You need 6 cones for each passing station
    2. Mark 2 cone gates approx. 10m apart from each other
    3. Two-meter-wide cone gates
    4. On each side one player is positioned
    5. Players are standing approx. 2m behind the cone gates
    6. One ball for each station
    Coaching Points:
    1. Passing
Speed of the Pass - Quickly to allow team mate to turn, slowly to allow team mate to protect the ball or play one touch)
Accuracy of the Pass - In front if no opponent near, behind if opponent close
Type of Pass - Inside of foot to ensure accuracy or spin, laces for longer passes, outside of foot when under pressure or to shape away from opponent
    2. Ball control
Body position when receiving the ball - Position body to take first touch in direction of your choice (forward, backward, side
Follow-up action - Next action possible after first contact with the ball (ball must be on the right foot, not bouncing if possible, and easy to use
Direction of first touch - Keep the ball moving, ball should always be in motion, first touch in direction of next action, away from opponent or into space
    Variations:
    1. Easier - Change the distance between the two cone gates
    2. Rule - Use the same foot for both touches
    3. Harder - Players should use the laces to pass the ball
    4. Harder - Increase the distance between the two cone gates
