Thank GOD for posting this video. This is exactly what I’ve been searching RUclips for!!! My 2 daughters share a only 80-85 sq ft room this would serve so well!
I JUST found your channel the other day and now I was on the hunt for a simple twin bed - thinking, it can't be *that* hard - and here you are. Thank you!! :)
Since you already did the headboard, you could use the same type of material to create a skirt for the front with Velcro attachments, maybe if you want to cover up the wood without too much fuss.
@@MichelleFairburn Well done 👏 You used better logic than some people who have experience in building. Next time you can just start the hole just 1/4" and drill the screws in the wood. As for recycling the wood, you can always turn it to pantry shelves in cold room, or a fish tank stand
Oh my god I can make a little love seat with your method🥰 thank you y'all made it look so easy and yet looks cute and it looks like a million dollars good job mom and daughters😎
You look like three beautiful sisters. Also, great diy, thank you!
wait what?? daughter??i thought u both friends OMG!😱😳

Ha! That’s so cool 😎 it really was easy as well. Good luck making one
This is awesome! The only thing I would change would be to put another frame in the middle to support my weight.
Ohh, yes! Especially if you're an adult or making a larger size bed. For sure!
Great video
And a big “Thank You” for including the list of materials, along with dimensions, and the COST.
U all are all beautiful! Nice job. I will be trying that DIY.
You guys r inspiring 🌹
Cute design, thanks for sharing!
Np :)
Smart I love it...I'm going to do the same for my son...Thanks for the tutorial
No problem :) I hope it helps!
A friendly tip. If your drill bit is getting stuck try tightening your chuck. Bits get stuck cause they are slipping in the drill gun.
This is good to know. I should know this as i'm a handman's daughter.
Love this idea. Thank you for sharing
Anytime :)
Mahalo nui loa! You & your girls are inspiring me to try making this! Aloha nui/Much Love!
Awww! Thank you - good luck making it!!! xo
Super helpful thanks sooo much
Glad it helped!
Im about to do this, for my daughters.
Let me know if you did It :)
Simple! I love it
Thanks! Best of luck if you decide to make it :)

Such a great idea but we don't have any left over fabric. Def a good idea though.
Love you guys
great job!
awesome!
Thanks!
Here from tiktok ❤
This is awesome! I am gonna try this. Do you remember what type of wood you purchased?? Thanks in advance :)
I'm sorry - I don't. Hmm. Knowing myself it was the cheapest 2x4 that they sold *lol* Good luck!!!!
Daughter and mother!!! I thought you're friends
Hi Gabrielle. Thanks!
Is it 2x6 or 4x6 for the side rails
❤❤❤
I'm going to make this thanks
Awesome! I hope it turns out great!
All three of you are gorgeous
Question; its been awhile since you've made the bed. How has it held up?
We just moved last month and didn't bring it with us as my daughter now has a bigger room but it held up perfectly until the day we moved.
1:22 she looked around to see if anyone saw lol
lol. Yup!
Okay I love this. Wow. Do they cut the pieces for you at Lowes?
They do! They give you 2 free cuts per 2x4 and after that you pay a small price for them to cut.
@@MichelleFairburn okay okay. Thank you so much!☺️
Do you think if its possible space wise to add feet..im gonna recreate but with feet
Totally, as long as they're directly underneath the frame.
Thanks again
Shook... thought you were friends😂
I love 💘
so samrt good job guys maam how.can loose weight
What happened to all of your videos?? Did I miss something?? 😮
I privated them because i'm not really making financial content anymore. Shall I unprivate them..not sure
I can tell she is here mom.
I see three people am I going to be able to do it by myself ?
Aww thanks! Totally! You can def do this alone. Good luck xx
i really thought yall are sister 😍
Ha, nope! That's my baby :)
@@MichelleFairburn all of you is so flawless 😍😍
Why not just get the pallets already made for free !
They wouldn’t fit
Sorry, but I lost my concentration after the tattoo...
Oh. Yeah tattoos are so taboo. GTFOH
To prevent getting drill bit stuck, just keep the drill running as you pull out of the wood
I really like how simple this build is. I'm going to model my own build after this, but will raise it a little more off the floor. Great job!
Ah, so cool. Send me pics - I wanna see!!!!
@@MichelleFairburn I definitely will. I'm still collecting the wood, but I'll send pics half way through and the finished bed once finished. :-)
@@sharroberts9083 Awesome!!! :)
The way my jaw dropped after hearing "this is my daughter"
Haha!
Yes, they could be sisters!
This is exactly what I need for my office/guest room 😯 such a simple diy!!
It was really so easy. I don't think we're going to bring it to our new place but i'm already thinking of ways to possibly repurpose the wood. Hmmm.
@@MichelleFairburn Well done 👏
