  • Edit: yes, I’m aware it’s called a piece, as you can see below. I did not edit that part. I merely called it song in the title to maintain consistency with my other videos. Also, you can check the link below to see my song making process. I much prefer to hand-make my videos because I’m able to edit in real time if one part sounds wrong when it gets put into the actual game. The buttons you see spread throughout the video are also evidence for it.
    This week's video is the classical piece Ballade No. 1 Opus 23 in G Minor, originally written and composed by Chopin.

      I think it would take a couple days or weeks to do this in minecraft, but months on the piano (that if you are already skilled enough)

      @@DanielSilva-gc4xz I'm quite good at minecraft restone and I also study classical piano. I couldn't manage to transcribe a single bach prelude, so probably yea, I would probably have an harder time building this in MC than studying and learning the piece (even though I quite below the skill requirements needed to face a chopin ballade)

      @@oblivioneg925 you are of course right at saying that minecraft would be easier, because technically speaking anyone can achieve that, but I as a musician would find minecraft more "stressful" than real life, just because I already spend at least a few hours practising daily. It would just be routine at that point

      No way. Note blocks you just follow the rules and have the patience to transcribe all the notes.
      Piano you actually have to develop the dexterity and control over several thousands of hours.

      it takes years to reach this level to play this piece perfectly, and there are software which allow you to convert pieces directly from sheet into noteblocks

    WTF, this is amazing! 😱I'm not sure all time or notes are correct (but still), i really wonder how would Chopin react to a video where one of his favorite pieces (yeah, he loved this piece)was "played" in a "video" "game" more than a hundred years after his death, and in a game where i'ts not supposed to be "played",I think he would be mostly confused because he has no idea what a video game(a video or a screen neither) is, and would probably think it has no emotion 😂
