Hi! Welcome to my channel! My name is Stacey, and I aim to live an active lifestyle. I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. But that is not all I am. I have been on an on-and-off fitness journey for over a decade. Began with yoga, moved on to circuit-style classes, and eventually strength training. I have been dealing with mental health and life changes that, most recently, I have been the most off of my fitness journey, and I am working hard to keep up a routine to work toward my goals as if I am starting at the beginning. I have all the knowledge I gained over the last decade, but as a mindset, I am beginning where I am today, not starting over. Living an Active Lifestyle is so much more than fitness & nutrition, and I love being creative and doing crafts such as scrapbooking and crocheting, plants and gardening, Disney, books and reading, being outdoors, and traveling.
