    Dr Dobbins is glossing over practitioners that want to use it to increase their own power gain, instead saying everyone is just good hearted, but using bad methodology. Some practitioners hate other people that are not like themselves.

      Bingo. At its core, DEI is simply using past racism to justify present racism. It's the same nonsense all over again...and will perpetuate more racism.

    One word: CORPORATIONS. Once it became a corporate initiative - and not just a call to be more respectful to your fellow American - it was already DOA. Sorry Corporate America, but you really suck at these kinds of things. . . and most things generally. Name the last time big corporate took something over and that something became better? Don't bother. You can't.
