Hi bro I hope you are doing good,I’ve Audi A4 2013 but I’ve the same issues but I didn’t find the air temperature sensor wiring i my mechanic check the left side down the fog lights we didn’t find where is the exit location please help me with this issue
Hi Hasnain. Hope i can help you out. First, go look in front of your hood bumper. Make sure there is no wires loose. (If not visable.) Then Second. Remove front bumper. If still no wires, look further into the whole wire harness. There should be a single wire loose. If so Splice the wire to find 2 wires One black and a white or red should be there. Third. If yoi did find a loose wire. Conmext your ambient temperature sensor and check your speedometer if its telling you your correct temperature. Hope this helps out. Also make sure your horn has the wires conected. Dont mix them Some people may say the part i installed was on the horn, but i know what im doing. Thank you for watching good luck.
Hi it should be behind the front bump Otherwise you can look around the frame behind the bumper If you can't find it it's probably ripped off If so be sure to look around for torn pis tales you should find a quick good luck
Hi Listro Habib. Thanks for watching this video. As for your question, i have an answer. Just yesterday i replaced a ambient temperature sensor on a f250 ford diesel a/c started cooling just fine afterwards. Hope yours does too when replaced. As always thanks for watching. Like subscribe
Does your temperature mark below 0 on the negatives. If so then yes it can be that. Also it can be your a/c compartments. I'd chamge the ambient first. If it still throws hot air. Next thing is check your actuators.
@@olliedufeu hey thanks. And it shoupd not be your ambient sensor then. You can try it out if anything. But next step is too check your blend door actuators. They can get stuck in heat mode even if you have your setting on cold.
Hi there. Hmmm well before i install something. Like connectors. I check every wire. Like the horn i made sure they had the connection. So the only piece missing was the ATS. Also the ATS worked at the end. Thank you for the view DJ Jenkins God Bless You
No my brother its for the ambient temperature sensor. The horn worked just fine. Also temperature was marking -45 degrees. Thanks for watching like subscribe
No I think he’s right. That extra connector that was hanging down has got to be for the horn. A4s have em on both sides, which is why your horn still works, even though one is disconnected.
@@omarlopez-eb2nd Hey Omar thank you for the video brother. I am also looking for the pigtail to attach to the ambient temp sensor. I searched on Rockauto as you suggested but can only find the actual sensor not the pigtail harness. Do you have a part # or a link to the actual pigtail harness? Thanks so much in advance!
Can the ambient air temp sensor throw a check engine light?
where does it belong though? Just sits in the bumper? does it have a place to clip it out of the way?
those connectors are for the headlight popup washers ....
I just saw on rock auto it only shows the connector not the pig tails does it come with them or do I have depin the connection

Please advise if the ambient temperature sensor has anything to do with my aircon not working. Your response is highly appreciated
