Hello from the UK, That's what I did bought the tank and planted it and a couple of days later I got my gecko. Thanks for a lovely video. Your daughter is very knowledgeable
I actually got a gecko after this vid dropped, its the perfect enclosure and I have the correct parameters for him, however I woke up this morning and he had injured his nose! Idk if it was nose rub or if he bumped it from jumping. Is this common? What do you reccomend?
With limited information it is hard to say what happened. A new gecko in a new environment is stressful. Make sure your gecko is in a quiet place and nothing outside the enclosure is scaring your little gecko. Make sure there are plenty of hiding places and visual barriers. Keep an eye on it and watch its behavior. Contact the person you purchased the gecko. I'm sure they would have plenty of helpful advice. I don't see this very often and would reach out to others and get some collective recommendations.
@@ncgreptiles he’s in a room by himself, and unfortunately I’m unable to make contact with the breeders. Reaching out has done little for me in terms of information and online it’s also scarce. All I’ve been told so far as, it’s not uncommon and to keep an eye on it, it’ll heal. 🤷🏻 Thank you!
