The calculation of parasitic delay doesn't make any sense without explaining. eg: why 6+1+1+1, what's the reason behind it? Good only for scoring marks without understanding the reasons behind these numbers

The answer lies in the definition of Parasitic Delay. It is the summation of sizes of transistors that are directly connected to the output.
sir how can we compare and say ,that either long channel or short channel logical effort is greater based on numper of inputs

H is ratio of output cap divided by input cap...
