I can't think of any other content creator who is doing such a work for motorcycle enthusiasts who have low capacity bikes.
I personally ride a 1998 Hero Honda Splendor and actually destroyed my transmission while learning rev matching.
Bro, I learnt revmatching by accident on Pulsar 150. I had geared it up by mistake on higher rpm without the clutch, and then I tried it many times and learnt it. Thank you for the video, now I will learn downshifting also.

Rev matched Upshifting without clutch is ok, but not downshifting.
Downshifting using rev matching involves constant speed or decreasing speed. This guy is telling us to increase wheel speed while increasing RPM. This will kill ur engine.

Clutchless shifting will damage the transmission over time. There is a clutch for some reason. Engineers aren't fools. The Rev Matching is a good thing for clutch assisted quick shifting. The clutchless shifting should only be done in case of clutch cable failures.

I am using rewmatching all the time using clutch to protect my bikes clutch plates and shift shaft ..

bro!!! honestly saying... never heard this term Revmatch... but today i just saw this video out of curiosity... and when i saw this upto 10:48 , i was like ye to mai bohot saalo se karta aa raha hoo discover 100 pe... 😂 na kisi ne bataya ya sikhaya kya hota hai ya kaise karte hai Revmatch... i usually do this on slow speed between 30 to 50 jab phone use karna ho for Maps.... but you explained it really good and practically...👍

For maintain your engine performance always use clutch while shifting gear.
No, please read about it! If you rev match correctly there is no damage to engine or the clutch but if you do it wrong it will damage engine as well as gear plates. Moreover if you just use clutch as you say it will definitely everytime protect the engine but in the long run clutch will face wear and tear.

Great Video. What you said about clutchless up shift is correct. But about the downshifts, For beginners please rev match with the clutch otherwise you seriously risk damaging your gearbox. As bro clearly explains in the video, downshifts without the clutch is an advanced skill and a lot conditions have to be met in order for it to be executed perfectly. Conditions which you may not be able to satisfy in real world conditions. In the track now thats a different story. Cheers, Hope this helps.

Upshifting is similar to the process used to change gear in TVS Jive model. Which was clutchless bike.

I try rev matching using the clutch on my MT-15. I got quite good at it after practicing quite a bit but now after I got the bike serviced, the clutch play is different than it was before and now I'm not able to rev match properly as I'm used to rev match with how the clutch behaved before the bike was serviced.

Which one is preferrable using clutch to shift gears or revmatching?(I have heard that cheanign gears without clutch damages your gearbox)
Suggestion:-
If you attach a camera on the handlebar or somewhere else so that we can see a small video of when exactly you are using your foot to change gear would be very helpful.

Bachpan main bajaj chetak chalata tha papa ka, by mistake hi I learned how to do this. Then i just knew how to do it. i could do ot with my pld wagonr as well. But Ultimately, it is about knowing the rythem of your Bike. Also, i don't think its good for the bike to do this. Very knowledgeable host.

I had tried this in my Splendor, some 20 - 22 years back and later in my Unicorn, with slight clutch. But at that time, I was not aware of the name, "rev matching".. Only from watching these videos, I could remember doing it...After I brought my Desert Storm bullet 500, never tried it for the last 10 years. Can't even think of rev matching in bullet.

i do clutchless shifting a lot on my YAMAHA MT 15. it's so fun and improve your riding experience at the same time. rev matching is a amazing thing once you learnt it how to do it, there's no going back to conventional shifting.
I think Yamaha mt15 do have slipper clutch 😏
LOL MT15 has Slip & assist Cutch. Rev matching is for motorcycles without that.
S & A ill allow gearless shifting without the need for Rev match skill. What a noob.
@@jashsylde8136 Lol bro this concludes how noob are you. ever ridden a bike with slipper clutch? slipper clutch just prevents the rear tyre lock while aggressive downshifts but there will be the jerk while downshifts. So rev matching is to avoid that jerk. learn the things first noob.

It reminded me the time I used to talk on phone in with my left hand and changing gears without using clutch, I was doing it naturally without knowing all these, but it feels good when you technically knows the process.
