The video you get with drones! What a game changer! Great vlog and nice Job Brook! We catch big eyes in the northeast and our group would be handing off the rod mutliple times for the same size fish.
The difference in a piece of tuna that’s 2-3 days old and one from say the fish market is huge. That’s why most high end restaurants are buying their fish every few days from local fishermen instead of a big distributor.
The fishing looked like a lot of fun. 🤗 The food looks absolutely delicious. 😋 The only sashimi - raw seafood, I've had is tuna and salmon. I like the tuna It tastes like cooked oysters. Sushi - Sour rice is good with a lot of things.
I absolutely love watching you videos. My parents got me. There’s absolutely nothing that I don’t like about your videos 😊. I enjoy watching you guys cook and get together and eat as a family. That’s awesome! I also live in Florida and I don’t get to get out and do that type of stuff. It’s nice to watch the videos. Enjoy it that way! 😊❤
Brooke, I hope you know so many girls look up to you and your family, I know I sure do! Your mom’s plate was the best looking presentation, she’s so so sweet!
LUsually when the wife of a successful youtuber makes a channel its not great but i almost prefer this channel to landshark. Most of the videos are family oriented. Just really enjoyable wholesome stuff
Great video Brook! What an amazing experience you, Vik & Denes got to be part of. I was lucky enough to have just returned from a fishing adventure off of the west coast of Vancouver Island catching some chinook, coho, lingcod & halibut. Just waiting for it to be delivered home in NS. Thanks for sharing!!!
Incredible trip! WoW! Between the tuna, the whales and the other very big, odd-looking fish I can't remember the name of (at beginning of their trip moving offshore), this was beautiful to watch!
Wow! It'as a mind blowing watching you guys catching a huge tuna!. Absolutely amazing! Looking forward for your next video brooke! Watching you here from the Philippines. ❤❤❤
West coast "wrap"? whatever he called it, we'd LIKE it in the East! Never reeled in any fish using my armpit! Boiling water full of tuna is something so few people ever get to see and admire! I'm a new subscriber so maybe you have, but if not have you ever tried fishing for blue fins in the winters off the NC coast? WORTH it imho! Just the bye catch is awesome! And we get to see whales as well.
This was a moment to be remembered great video. Congratulations on your largest tuna. That ending of the video with all that sushi was just "off the freaking chain"!! Y'all have got to do something like this again.
That’s awesome you have locals here in Cali to call you up! That boat is perfect to make quick work of that run out 👍 our sport boats take 7+hrs to get in the zone.
I live in North Carolina. Thanks for taking me home in your vlog. I was born 15 miles from Long Beach in 1949 and fished SoCal waters for many years. The fishing is actually better now than when I was a kid. Was it an El Nino this year, or is the water just getting warmer. I only caught Bluefin one time back in the day.
Brook , you and Victor. ( I know I spelled his name wrong. but sorry my friend ) are very. a very lucky couple, and we all are lucky to get to watch y'all. The only tuna I get is on Wal Mart's shelf . lol THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA........
😀😀👍👍❤❤ Another fabulous "thumbnail". You both look great together holding those tunas! Brooke, I know your grandma is looking down and smiling! Bye again from Seattle, WA.
@@brookcristoutdoorsI tried to paste a link here of a RUclips video on a recipe, but it doesn’t want to stay. There are different ways to make it. The ingredients include avocado, tuna, crab and a panko covering. Deep fried until light brown and crispy. Do a search on RUclips for ideas. I’ve also seen had it at a restaurant where they used mushrooms for a more realistic appearance. Delicious!!
Please keep these coming! I realize now at my age and my arthritis I'll never be able to catch one of these. The sad thing is that as apex predators they feed in the bottom of the column and because of that they have so much mercury in them. I worry about young women like you and Gabby as you've not had your kids yet. (Brian and Deb pay me to say that). The other thing as I've watched you and Vic for quite a few years now, I'm guessing you're going to the gym with Vic and I'm seeing you getting nicely cut yet still feminine. Thank you as always for sharing your trips and wonderful family!
Been in the middle of football sized foamers, casting jigs, live bait, boat off….. they won’t eat….. I have only had 1 big BFT roll on my poppers…. Such a frustrating fish when they are eating micro bait… Full of red crabs I bet….

The Japanese will pay $1,000 + for 1 Blue Fin Tuna, wait till yo catch a tuna that big you have to bring-in relays, We get African coast Blue Fin and Yellow Fin from the Med Sea
Call me weird. but I just cannot eat raw fish, cooked I love it and that tuna that was seared was still raw, if I were to eat that I would cook it super well done to the point of being almost scorched or it would gross me out.
Not that you have the reel under the wrong arm you’re using the wrong hand to crank with. Been fishing over 35 years and still can’t understand why a right handed person would want to crank with their strong hand. All my buddy use right handed gear and when we go tuna fishing I land my fish in a quarter of the time it takes them to land their. Left handed 30-50 wide Alutecnos is a beautiful reel, you should give it a try. I see you guys using left handed reels when slow pitch jigging that’s another reason why I don’t understand why you don’t just always use them. I get back in the day there wasn’t many options but now a days there plenty of companies making reels left handed.
Wow! That must have been quite an experience no matter how many times you've been out. Thanks for having us along!
You guys are living life to the fullest. Enjoy and keep safe
The video you get with drones! What a game changer! Great vlog and nice Job Brook! We catch big eyes in the northeast and our group would be handing off the rod mutliple times for the same size fish.
Ughhh! That fresh tuna is to die for!
The last time I had the best Tuna Tartare was in Malagà.
Great job guys!
The difference in a piece of tuna that’s 2-3 days old and one from say the fish market is huge. That’s why most high end restaurants are buying their fish every few days from local fishermen instead of a big distributor.
Wooo! That’s a stud fish! And best pronunciation of Poke in this episode between you and Vic’s channels, great job all!
Thanks for an amazing adventure 👍🏻😁😎🌊🌞

We fished out of cape cod on commercial boats a few times and caught a couple Bluefins, but none of them were big enough!
❤❤❤I love fishing and the way you all did

Very nice. We had sushi night last Friday. I would like to see your version of “monkey brain” sushi.

Hey Brook, are you close to Jenson Beach as home base?
I’m a big fan of your channel and your husbands, but does your husband watch Cleetus McFarland videos. I loved the hell yeah brother.
How in the world were you able to fly all that tuna across the U.S. all the way from California to Florida?
So he’s a Tony 😂😂😂
Been in the middle of football sized foamers, casting jigs, live bait, boat off….. they won’t eat….. I have only had 1 big BFT roll on my poppers…. Such a frustrating fish when they are eating micro bait…

You needed a electric electric rod and reel,,,,the heck doing the labor
❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😅😅😅
Like husband like wife, both have the rod under the wrong arm
Consistency is key
