I'd really hope you read this Pastor Doug. I started just about vegan while studying at PUC. I would eat scrambled eggs only on sunday for breakfast, and occasional cheese with pastas, burritos, burgers. I was on the cross country team, swimming very often as well, weight training 4 days a week. But, every morning I would take a sublingual B12 supplement. Just before pandemic I decided to go vegan again, after hearing one of your sermons of being able to stay vegan in spain, I think it was, and another time, mocking on B12 on a different sermon. So, this time I did it with no supplements. Only now, I am a triathlete. I ended up with pretty bad B12 defficiency. I'm still not 100% recovered. Apparently there is nerve damage. Not permanent, I believe, since I have improved after starting on supplement and eating steak every day. All I'm really interested in is, how do you stay vegan without supplementing B12? I want to go vegan again, but I don't want to go through it again! It's horrible! Amongst other things, it causes severe depression, and nothing to be able to do about it because in this case it really is a health issue... Thank you

I used to always drink water and I still drink a lot of water so when I moved into my parents house, I would noticed that my parents would not drink enough water. Then, I would tell them that they needed to drink water to help their bodies be hydrated and this way their bodies would be clean just like the pastor is stating. Of course, when elderly people are stuck in their old ways do not see nor understand that I am only trying to help them. Oh well? 😁 I cannot change elderly people who are stuck in that mind set.
One fact I found out in college (the part about water made me think of this) was that when the bubonic plague was rampaging one of the less effected groups of people were the Jews (about 20% roughly died of the plague) due to their clean lifestyle and how they washed themselves and their clothes and tended to their dead and bathroom business. They were so less touched by the plague that the Roman Catholic Church ended up saying it was their fault (along with saying it was the crusades fault among other things)

Pastor you must be talkin to the younger generation I am 56 years old got saved and started watching you eight years ago I am a vegetarian but because of my past and not taking care of my health I have health problems my teeth are messed up I'm taking care of that now I got cataracts in my eyes I'm going to take care of that and on top of other things I have to get surgery in my stomach just to find out if I have I have been a vegetarian for 8 years have not eaten unclean meat in 10 years. If I would have known these things before I got saved 10 to 8 years ago I'll be in better health

My ex-abuser ex-husband was never an alcoholic and neither was a drug addict but he would still verbally and physically abuse me. He was and is the devil's son, and this all he is.
I can understand people not eating meat , yet JESUS ate meat after his resurrection, when he met the apostles for the first time after his resurrection he said to them Luke 24 41 - 42 have you any meat then they gave him fish and he ate it.
We have all the food laws in Leviticus 11. Bus during Passover the common meal was lam Sao Jesus probably lamb to along with fish. I'm trying to find where this pastor teaches Mark 13 Luke 21 in Matthew 24 we're all Christians will be brought up to the synagogue of Satan for a testimony against him but we must not premeditated what we will save it allowed the Holy Spirit to speak through us. You can eat as healthy as you want when you die on this Earth you return to dust and your spirit goes back to the father who gave it Ecclesiastes 12 verses 6 & 7. We have a God of the living not a God of the Dead. To be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord. 1st Corinthians 5:8 Anybody who does die in The Great gulf in Luke 16. That's why Jesus turned and looked at the thief and said I'll see you in Paradise.....That's why the parable of Lazarus and the rich man there Lazarus is talking with Abraham Isaac Joseph and the rich man is over there crying his eyes out.... there all in Paradise until judgment Day we have a fair God of God of the living. 1st Corinthians 5 verse 44... We have a flesh body and we have a spirit body we have two bodies. It's better to put your trust in God than your confidence in man Psalms 118 verse 9. God bless everyone

It's not a sin to consume; but ideally no meat is healthier, also the waters were far cleaner in those days than they are now
I too thought it was ok to eat fish because Jesus and His disciples did so. However, I recently learnt that fish contain mercury.
