  • You asked for it, and I heard your calling. You wanted more collaboration builds with other FMTV owners! This one is epic!!! Bill Sands of Hillsboro Oregon, along with his son and I, build a Zero Torsion Sub-Frame, of Bill's design. You see, Bill is an engineer that wanted to build an expedition vehicle, but found what is currently on the market to be inferior or over-priced! So together with Bill and his long time associate Garrett, who is also an engineer, they banged out the most epic of designs that took over a year of development. Many late nights of designing were spent, and it really shows with this end product.
This is not the tutorial of how it all goes together, but it will give you a very good idea of what to expect. You can order your own sub-frame from the following website: www.rvglobetre... Just find the "Price/Order" link on the top of the website page. Happy expeditioning!
