I actually had this wcw theme album when it was released in 2000. The nwo wolfpac theme was on that album and some tracks from insane clown posse, and others.

Lol Sting was carrying WCW In 2000 and 2001 probably Jeff Jarrett and Kevin Nash Scott Steiner and Ric Flair as well.
I can agree with Steiner and to a degree Nash, Jarrett was fine as a midcard guy, really he should have been World Champion for longer and less times being booked as a heel that's nearly impossible to beat(be it because of a guitar, Russo, or both) until Bash at the Beach which really the one who should have went to face him that night is Booker T, booking a storyline where Jarrett would take out each member of the Misfits In Action(with Major Guns being an exception) to make sure that it's a "Level Playing Field" in his match against GI Bro, Bash at the Beach comes, Booker T returns to his more famous name and attire, beats Jarrett despite Russo and the guitar. As for Ric, he was good.

my hope/idea is:
when it's time for sting's final match, they get a bunch of guys to come out dressed like sting from different eras, complete with all the theme's.
if they're in a building where you know you can do it 100 percent safe, that includes the crow sting gimmick coming down from the rafters.
hopefully for 2000-01 sting, they can get the rights to this song (and this version ideally instead of the album version).
it's possible, considering tony almost certainly spent over 1 million dollars for "sympathy for the devil" at all out 2022 (idk what he spent, but i found mercedes spent about 2 million to use it one time at the super bowl in 2011).

"It's SSSSTTTIIIINNNNGGGG" !!!!!!!! - Tony "AEW" Schiavone. If Sting played a Heel in All Elite Wrestling, Khan should buy the (royalty) rights to this song (from Metallica). It is one of Sting's best personas, besides the earlier Surfer gimmick (wearing the Flamboyant Glitter Jacket), with "The Man Called Sting" wrestling entrance theme song (which reminded me of The Sandman's shtick in ECW: complete with a wetsuit and a surfboard, before transforming into a "Stone Cold" Steve Austin-clone, plus a lit cigarette, a Singapore Cane and a snot rag); the Joker persona in (TNA) Impact Wrestling (zone) was kinda cool too. Sting is a legit WCW Franchise and a Legend/Hall of Famer, to many real die hard Hardcore Pro Wrestling Fans (not the Casual (mainstream) ones), all around the world/globally. You've Gotta Love It, man, because: It's Showtime.... (the Stinger's howl)

It would be kool if for his last match he comes out as surfer sting…or a surfer/crow sting mixture like undertaker mixed all his versions…..i still prefer surfer sting for his last match.

So much better than the TNA version....I don't associate this theme with Sting though honestly....I much prefer the theme he used before the WCW SlamJam "Man called Sting"....the theme played at the 1990 Great American Bash when The Stinger defeated the Nature Boy for the NWA World's Heavyweight Wrestling Championship for the first time. I'd rather TNA attempted to copy that OR a Man Called Sting OR paid the copyright fees to Metallica for this actual song instead of what they came up with.....it made Jimmy Hart's blatant rip offs of Smells like Teen Spirit and Even Flow sound like masterpieces!!!
