And my message to all my brothers is that, 1. don't shy away from telling your side of story even if you're the only one telling that and nobody is relating to it 2. Articulate your thoughts well because as you've seen in the video all the men's specially are not that self aware so they always tends towards sympathizing about the thing that "women's face more issues"( which I'm not denying) 3. Be physically strong not to let anybody dominate, be emotionally intelligent(by perceiving and acknowledging every emotions you face in your day to day life and knowing how to express/use it for your good), be mentally strong(by studying human behaviors, from your sufferings and trauma's from which when you'll get healed, by reading (especially physiological) books, by listening to podcasts And at the end you're a MAN, there's no need to prove to any muppet so that they'll call you the REAL man BS.
