Thank you Shankar jee. I have made momos without steamer too. All you need is a pan to hit the water and aluminum foil to cover the pan. Make sure you make small small hole in the foil to let the steam out. Hope this helps.

You are missing the taste of tomatoes and onions. Try frying onions and chopped tomatoes with chilies and ginger. And don't put lemon juice. Peanuts ra sesame seed ko swad nai bigari dincha. Jhol becomes sth else..No more momo ko jhol!! And dont put butter too😂. Achhar ani butter??

Huncha room temperature ko water use garnu vaye pani, normally soup lai boil garne vaye ko le maile hot water use gare ko ani chiso pani rakhda ali taste pani khalo huncha mero anubhav ma.
