I'm a Ghanaian and madly in love with the Nigerian national anthem. The words are heavenly, the rhythm has some anointing. GOOSEBUMPS all over me everytime I listen. My favourite line: "To serve with heart and might. One nation bound in freedom, peace and unity". AWWW! Beautiful piece. Some of the great friends I've had are Nigerians. GOD bless Nigeria.
Las las Nigeria is a great place! There’s great potential in her, the devil knows this and thus is trying to ruin everything. We will be great again, I’m certain about that!💯
Rema just made the national anthem his type of spice, i felt so good hearing his part and Yemi Alade's high vocals be giving me serious goose bumps and 2Baba is mad ooo
I'm always going to come back to this. I love how these great Nigerians make us proud. Please, coca cola, can I send it to @world of Africa TV? the world needs to see this
💜 🇳🇬 I learned I was Nigerian heritage on Nigeria’s Independence Day! Arise compatriots! One Nation bound in freedom peace and unity to serve our fathers land through love strength and faith in that order since Youth I’ve been this way. Arrive I heard the call! I’m ready because I must be on the right path right on time I arrive to join my family in unity. Hey y’all my name nefertari 👋 missed good times with Nigeria already.. I won’t moving forward in the future.
Happy Independence Nigeria!!!!!!!!😁even though our leaders make us unhappy we know our potentials that keep us here and we see it here in this solid performance! Cobhams wow! I salute you! Tuface your voice 😁as always smooth blend! Yemiiii gurl that falsetto was banging🔥and Rema nice job 👍🏼 . Solid performance showing us why we must uphold our country high as always. Thanks Coca Cola for bringing this to us. One 🇺🇿. May God see us through always Amen.
Happy independence to Nigerians. in brotherhood we stand black and white we are brother greeting from EU 🇪🇺 a friend of a Nigeria guy, God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

Happy independence day to all Nigerian brothers and sisters 🇳🇬 . I'm from india but we always thought you as a part of us . Once more happy independence day
Wow. This was splendid!!!! Thank you Coca cola for this... I just hope that we can have a Nigeria where Nigerians and indeed other nationals can be proud of someday.
Yemi Alade's Vocals shocked me. In general, that was awesome!!!! Yemi Alade, Rema and 2baba and the Coca Cola Did a great job! I am proud to be a Nigerian!
Why? But why? Why would Cobhams be this good? Every time I think I've heard the best, he just blows my mind again and again and again. The Nigerian national anthem in Afro beat. How more original could this get? Plus the video directing was superb. Especially Tuface's wavy hand motions when Rema was singing the 'in freedom' part. That gave me goose bumps. The variations in musical styles as well as the vocal types kept the piece fresh, hot and sizzling till the very end. At least, we all had one reason to smile on independence day. Thank you Coca cola.
2:23 🤩🤩🤩didn’t know Yemi could do that. Had always suspected there is more to her voice. Now she proves it! That’s legit smoking hot B5!!! 🥰🥰🥰. With all that vocal gymnastics at the beginning 0:21... 0:26... 0:35..., vibrato, mix etc. going on, Yemi and Ruby Gyang are arguably Nigeria’s best pop female vocalists. 1:03 Nice one 2Baba. Great choice of artistes, even though I’m only just seeing this Rema guy. 1:10 That solo freestyle he did kinda threw me off at the beginning, wasn’t expecting a full switch of music genre. Was hard to flow with at the beginning without the full instrumental that I actually thought it was going to be a flop, but it turned out well when the full instrumental and chorus began.
Just HUMAN!! You mean she doesn’t vocalise a lot in her songs? Our top Afropop artistes somehow do not do a lot of vocalising in their songs. In short, most of them lack vocal abilities. Although artistes like Flavour sometimes tries to include some belting in his songs, like in his “Power to Win”. They have a singing range of just two octaves at most for the ones that try. I do believe some creative fellow can find a way to do an Afropop that requires some vocal techniques, but then that would require a lot of vocal training which I’m not sure they’re willing to undergo.
@@MooneLightEntertainment yeah.. but then there's artists like wurld, tiwa, simi, darey, timi dakolo, tems, teni, chidinma, tuface, niniola, Fireboy, kizz daniel etc... I believe it depends on the genre tho.... But u're absolutely right
Just HUMAN!! Vocalists are people like Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Dimash, So Hyang, etc. Classical and Operatic Singers do a lot of vocalising too and many mainstream Pop Singers as well. It’s not just doing raps or singing million dollar tracks. A vocalist is a singer who has achieved some highly level of vocal freedom often by virtue of vocal training.
I've had this song on repeat since i heard it last night. My 5 year old daughter literally dumps whatever she is doing and rush to dance Rema's 'in freedom' part. Simply Adorable!
