To create a rental agreement for a shop that can be used as part of a test application, follow these steps:
Introduction: Start by identifying the parties involved-the landlord (you) and the tenant (the person renting the shop). Include their full names and contact information.
Property Details: Describe the shop being rented, including its address, size, and any specific features or amenities.
Term of Lease: Specify the duration of the lease agreement, including the start and end dates. You can make it a fixed-term lease (e.g., one year) or a month-to-month lease, depending on your preference.
Rent Payment Details: Outline the amount of rent to be paid, the due date for rent payments, and the accepted payment methods. You may also include any late fees or penalties for missed payments.
Security Deposit: State the amount of the security deposit required and the conditions under which it will be returned to the tenant at the end of the lease term.
Maintenance and Repairs: Clarify the responsibilities of both the landlord and the tenant regarding maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
Use of the Premises: Specify how the tenant is permitted to use the shop and any restrictions on its use (e.g., no subleasing or illegal activities).
Termination Clause: Include provisions for early termination of the lease, either by the landlord or the tenant, and any associated penalties or notice periods.
Signatures: Once the agreement is drafted, both parties should sign and date the document to indicate their agreement to its terms.
