I have noticed oftentimes on these shows when people come on and say they feel insecure without extensions the reaction is to install more extensions. I would think it would be better to give her a good cut and style with only her real hair to boost her confidence and show her the extensions should be optional not a necessary thing.
Shes already balding but the hairdresser thinks gluing more extensions into her hair (the method which causes the most hairloss) is the way to save her hair? He clearly hasnt got a clue

Wow she needs more then a hair fixing lol. I’m shocked they put hair extensions back in , obviously her hair needs a break from hair extensions… look at what it did to her natural hair! She is particularly bald and there is no such thing as light weight hair extensions. They all put pressure on the hair follicles causes baldness eventually. Her hair is already very thin and fragile the best thing for her is to take hair supplements or biotin for hair, many other things on the market that could help her natural hair. Shame on these people, also that guy stylist said her hair would grow in the meantime?? He knows very well that it will not grow! It will stop her hair from growing and whatever hair she got left will be falling out! Shame on all of them
Why the anger? Her hair will grow back through with these extensions. As long as she exfoliates her scalp her hair will grow back fast. Biotin tablets do not work for hair, we only need the tiniest amount of biotin, we get that from food and our body can’t absorb any more biotin. Huge waste of money. Supplements are bollocks, condition and exfoliate the scalp to improve blood circulation - stimulating the activity of the hair follicles.
