Firstly-maine mashroom ko cut Kiya peice me uske bad Usko wash kiya and then saree vegetables koncut kiya like onion,shimla mirch,garlic,mirch,spring onion,tomato.then uske bad ek Barath me mashroom ko dala uske bad usme 2 spoon rice flour dala uske bad 1spoon maida and 2 spoon cornflour dala fir usme Kaali mirch ka powder and then kashmir Lal mirch or half spoon salt .fir sbko acche se milakr halki si paani dali and then fir Usko kadayi me oil garam krk Usko chaan diya and then sbko crispy chaane ke baad ek pan me oil garam kiya or usme sare veggies daal kr halka sa namak daal kr saute kr diya and then thoda soya sauce ,vinegar ,kaali mirch ka powder ,dala and then sb pak gya to usme cornflour ko paani me milakr ghol bna diya or Usko pan me dala and then thodi si Pani dali or thode Der ke liye gas ka flame high krk chorr diya
uske baad usme mashroom ko dala or uske bd halki si white til daali or saute krk garma garam ready hogya. hamara mashroom chilli ...aap isko roti ,ya fried rice ke Saath v kha sakte hai or agr Chinese me mn hai to noodles ke sth kaafi tasty lagega ...thanku for watching my vedio hope u all like it. thank you🥰🙏🙏 #dance #love #music .
