    Even if your property is Freehold, neighbours could well complain about all the comings and goings, and extra cars parked in the street, and alert the Council, who could shut you down . . .
    It is also very labour-intensive (new bed linen, soap/shower gel, loo rolls, key exchange etc) and someone has to be on the spot to deal with all this, and maybe any problems😮
