More scrawlings as the new item this week. This time, featuring Lavos, for your Dojo or Personal Quarters.
Primed Point Blank is still very strong and recommended, but not mandatory. Main use is Kuva Hek shenanigans, or other raw damage setups like Felarx since it kills so easily with Xata's Whisper.
Primed Regen cuts Sentinel respawn timer from 60 to just 25 seconds, before Bond mods kick in. Sentinels are the meta companion now. Grab this. Mandatory.
Primed Bane of Corpus is most used for Lua Disruption, Sisters of Parvos content, and Profit Taker. Strongly advised, just as much as Primed Point Blank.
Tempo Royale is annoying to farm, but also not that expensive. Grab if you want, skip if you want. Is not really necessary to pick this up.
Ignis Wraith is available in all Dojos now. Wouldn't bother grabbing this unless you have way too many ducats to spare.
Prisma Ohma is a very good weapon. It does not actually force proc Electric on slam like the wiki states. It's a %chance. But still very good, and works well with Melee Influence setups for being able to proc Electric even when not matching elemental mods.

I think point blank is a good investment if you already have or planning to use Shotgun Vendetta. I still use mine.
Agreed. Vendetta is best in slot for shotguns IF you have PPB. But otherwise, you're still better off using merciless.
What have you been running with Vendetta?
I agree. The felarx works pretty well with it if you're fairly new to Zariman as well
It's also good to slot in place of a bane mod if you're doing missions with many factions, or factions that don't have banes (archon hunts, whispers missions, etc)

P regen is asburd. Even one from the top, you get 28 seconds. And then you kill an eximus and your sent had like 3 seconds left with momentus. Seems neat and i was missing it

Caliban needs a rework asap. I believe he is in the top 3 least used frames (less than 0,3% usage).

Would I get more value from Primed Regen or Bane of Corpus as a newer player? I can only afford 1.
Bane of corpus is very optional as 90% of corpus don't have any armor so you can brute-force them without any bane (as AZN said, unless you are doing the lua disruption where bane corpus is quite useful), primed regen is not crazy mandatory but on steelpath it will make it so that your sentinel that you have invested heavily in are way more consistently useful and reduce a lot of the impact when they get killed by stray shots
Go for regen. Banes only matter in endgame. And even then you don't NEED them. It just makes it easier.

people find it less mandatory if you have rank 5 primary merciless, however if you dont use arcanes or dont have a rank 3-5 it's more than worth considering the lackluster value from the base mod
Yeah, between the galvanised mod and the arcane, more base damage is kind of diminishing returns over other stats like crit damage, fire rate, reload speed etc depending on the gun. And obviously, bane mods and status weighting too.
I guess People Forgot how much DE likes making Enemies *Status Immune* these Days. 👀

Stropha is better for damage. And sarpa is only slightly worse for shattering impact.
Don't get me wrong vastilok is worth it. But you're not out of luck in the meantime.

@@TheGelKing GBs do it the best due to every individual pellet counting as a hit. Iirc sarpa and vastilok are the only ones that do impact with the bullets.
