Beautiful.....this brings back memories for me....my husband and I went to Italy 4 years ago...Rome, Venice, Florence...it was just gorgeous and even though we ate everything there we both lost weight fro all the hours of walking we did...

l saw a man slumped over sitting on a park bench in Boston and people were just walking by him like he didn't exist and I must have seen at least 2-3 cops drive by him and no one stopped but the guy who went thru the man's pockets.

Sadly, they can not do anything with these people who have mental health, or substance abuse issues, unless they are causing issues with other's - on putting themselves into danger - like jumping off a bridge. Its a mess isn't it??
