Love these Hesi breakdowns you're doing. Can you do Devin Williams In the lab Hesi next? He has one of the best ones I've ever seen. Also look into Filaay's Hesi.

Definitely will add that to the list! Besides Hesi's are there anything else you might want to see?

Anything about creating space for a jumpshot, a crossover series, or how small guards finish around the basket when big men are present.

It’s really good to show your defender you can shoot off a side step three or midrange. Just to help sell this move even more

Sorry I know it's been awhile since my last video. Been kind of busy lately. Hopefully you guys liked the video! Let me know what you guys think! I'm learning the game and trying to grow and improve as a basketball player and my basketball mind just like all of you! Feel free to let me know if I missed anything. Still trying to get used to the voice overs (I'll eventually get better and comfortable with it I hope). Other than thank you to all that subscribed recently, I really appreciate it! Comment what you guys probably want to see next, I do have some ideas what to post. Be safe y'all and see you next time!

W vids so far, you gotta do a move that a player who isn’t the fastest but is quick enough to get by their defender. Like harden or luka go to

as someone who is still learning basketball, the way you made this video made everything really easy to understand and emulate. I would definitely watch all your future videos with full confidence knowing I will be able to add something to my game easily and fast. i am a pure shooter, so id be highly interested in videos on all the different ways to create separation from the defender to get into your shot. also how to load the ball into your shooting hand with your off hand. keep up the great work!!

id also be interested in seeing a break down the exact spot on the hoop that shooters aim and focus on . ive been having a lot of success aiming at the center of the back of the inner rim, but id like to know the most optimal spot. thanks!!

I went over through the clip and noticed that he actually did not land his front heel.
He pushed off his left foot laterally (his weight is on the left foot; the right foot was hovering midair) then he skipped his left foot to the back forming a narrower stance and pushed off. (This was when the front of his right foot touched the floor. The first time he plant his weight on the right foot)

Yea that's part of how he avoids the travel call, really slick footwork.

I have a question. What muscle group does the hesi really work out on? I would imagine it has a lot to do with core and legs but is there a specific workout that this move really focuses on?
