I understand skill, but unfair advantage, when a great defender actually sees you palm the ball, their mind says they can’t dribble anymore so contest the shot he can’t go anywhere anyways. You want real Hesi’s, look at Kyrie and Steph! Here’s the SECRET SAUCE, it’s in the eyeballs 👀, sell it with your eyes by looking at the rim heading into your shot motion, or semi shot motion pocket, but look right at the rim simulating a shot you’re not going to take. My 2 cents.

@@josiahmoore1874lol just because you say it casually does not make it come to fruition. Although I somewhat agree, the real good hesi players sell it with their eyes, not palming the ball. Again, the sell is in the EYES LOOKING AT THE RIM, you can go into 20% of your shot pocket motion and they’ll bite, look at the rim and sell it, not about speed or how fast, sell it! And My Man! Pause the videos and reassess, you have technology to help now, very easy to decipher carries vs clean play while watching film, tougher for refs in real time game speed.
