    Your recipes are so easy and you go step by step and you show what you're supposed to put in the pan and you have a very very pleasant voice I can't stand some of the people that are on here putting their stuff on RUclips their voices go right through me I have very sensitive ears but your voice is super pleasant and you're super sparkly I love it thank you so much you make cooking easy and I love to cook

    This recipe is delicious! We've added it to our dinner rotation.
    I add minced garlic with the onions. I also add in a can of Rotel.
    To make it a thicker consistency I add 2 cups of the chili (once done) to a blender and blend it into a puree, then add it back into the chili pot. We add rice also which makes it nice and hearty! So good!

    You can always use a can of no fat evaporated milk if you don't have cream on hand and a can of cream of corn

    I don't usually comment but many commenters are mean so THANK YOU! My family rarely finds an entree they all like and they love this chili. I frequently rewatch and chuckle at "shedded" chicken. I appreciate your video and recipe.

    I've made this from your recipe many times. Thank you, we love it! We eat it with Fritos chips crushed on top with a little dollop of sour cream. YUMMY! Having it again tonight!

    Excellent recipe! It is creamy and flavorful. Use a couple of cloves of minced garlic and saute along with the onion. Finish off with some fresh cilantro before serving. Quick and easy!

    We had this for dinner this evening.... EXCELLENT. I added carrots and a quartered cherry tomatoes. It was a little too thin for our liking, so I thickened with potato flakes (gf). I could eat this EVERY WEEK!

    Trying this right now!
    I worked in a café several years ago that made the best White Chicken Chili ever! A much larger regional restaurant chain had a delicious White Chili, but ours was better. Of course, I misplaced my copy of the recipe (written from memory). I only remember it had cream of ckn and cream of celery soup. Watching this video brought back the rest to my memory. I'll post how it turns out.

    Try adding cut potatoes and cooked chopped bacon to it as well. Makes the chili better than it already was!

    This was easy, quick, creamy and flavorful. I did add 5 cloves of garlic though. Thanks for the recipe. You did an excellent job. Some people posting here were just jerks. Honestly.

      Loved this. I have a very picky husband that is reluctant to try new things, and he really liked it also. I did add a can of mild Rotel tomatoes and a small amount of cilantro and chili powder. Please know that your recipe was delicious without any changes. Thank you 😊

      Probably none, aside sautee the onions. Cause she didn't cook hers at all. I would though, to make it creamy and not so watery. Yuck!

    I've never tried White Chicken chili, it looks amazing. I love potato soups, stews and chili for this time of year. Can you possible do this in the Crock pot to?

      This recipe makes 4 medium size bowls. Probably need 2 thighs and 1 breast or 2.

    I don't like adding sour creme to soups, it breaks too easily because of the low fat content. Creme fraiche adds the same flavor and doest break.

    I made this tonight and it’s so good! I didn’t have enough sour cream so I subbed in some cream cheese. I also felt like it needed more liquid so I added in more chicken broth and half and half.

    an even easier hack is to buy the rotisserie chicken already shreded lol you can buy it right by the store brand pizzas and such by the deli

    How tf does it become creamy just by adding whipping cream????? You have to let the food simmer a bit just to allow it to get thick. Lol

      She mentioned not too spicy for kids. Obviously you can always add more spices to any recipe. I have kids so I would have to tone mine down & then add more spice to my bowl. She might have children...

    Tried the recipe and not impressed at all. It's not creamy and super bland. had to add a lot more seasoning along with some garlic salt.

      If you simmer for a couple of minutes after putting the cream in, it will thicken up a little bit!

    Im sorry but I find this recipe lacking real flavor. I would add carrots, celery, garlic, thyme. And just an fyi, cayenne pepper absolutely adds heat! Homemade stock would really enhance flavor too. But, I thank you for your video. You seem like a lovely person.

      Kare Toev I have never had white chicken chili with carrots celery or thyme...once you add those you make it more of a chicken pot pie flavor.

    You don't cook with olive oil. Use something else. Avocado, or peanut oil.

    This is a soup or stew or what ever the hell you want to call it.
    But it's definitely not chilli
    I'm a TEXAN. Chilli is my birthright.
