    I had to quit figure skating because I was afraid of falling and it meant that I would hesitate before my jumps, I couldn’t “f*ck it and chuck it” like I needed to. Overcoming that fear is super hard!

    I used to be able to do front and back flips until I botched it and landed on my head one time and felt my neck almost snap as my weight came down. I just managed to save myself by getting my hands down and pushing off the ground, but I had lasting trouble with my neck for a long time and came so close to serious injury. Now I can't make myself do them anymore. If I force a jump and tuck, I immediately rotate and put my arms out automatically. My mind simply refuses in the same way you freak out when you hold your breath for too long.

    You should've set up the whole wedge mat backwards luke u usually do, to help her with what she was struggling with

    I never imagined that your biggest problem was not being able to jump! You jump like me and I'm a big fat bloke!😂 Perhaps you should incorporate jumping etc., into your regular training to improve your overall agility/flexibility.

      Generally I'm very good at jumping, but when thinking about somersaulting too my brain wouldn't let let jump 🤣🤣🤣 infuriating haha!!

    The start of the back flip looks like a sandbag toss, just need to triple extend. Easy for me to say tho, I'm not the one doing it

      Luke Stoney is the weights guy out of these. Go look at his channel. He does loads of crossfit stuff 🙂

    dam good coaching -- main guy taking a step back as he is not a coach -- realizing Chloe is a performer who notes the body -- excellent from start to finish well done
    sounds simple but it is far far from it never mind what the person coached does
