Love the mansion in marquis 7 hills. That wallpaper with butterflies would have to go & some higher hedges so if you want to skinny dip in the pool would be great on those hot summer days.
Yes definitely ultra modern would be my top choice. That home not being right on golf course gives you privacy while being able to go on top of home with that nice fire pit & get a nice strip view. Best of both worlds.
OMG you have all the answers for my questions in my reseach in Vegas. I love how its all organized, please keep this great body of work coming. I really appreciate it a lot!
Wow thank you so much I try to share insider knowledge as well as my experience as a local :) glad you found my channel! Let me know any content you would find useful for future videos
@@courtneybentley I definitely will. I stay in La Jolla right now but Im considering moving to Las Vegas or Miami next. My goal is to get a luxe high rise condo and pump up the focus on my career as an entertainer.
@@SonicboominOnEm vegas is growing and growing so much opportunity if you want to learn more book a call with me using my consultation link in my about me :)
pros - private yard - mainitainces (pool, gasrdening etc so much) can be delegsterd - clingy people - socializing - luxury home privacy 0- not in high rise yes in your house packages etc - more space - security - privacy loud music could be quiet or could be fucked - high rise (you see more people) more common areas - low rise - fucked boith - own game room - don't have to share
I think I would go with a luxury home. The only thing I don’t like about high rises is having to take our dog out and having to take the elevators to take him to do his business 😅.
That is a pain! Trust me! When I had my dog in the building that really was a pain. The time it took to go down the elevator and only having one area for her was not fun!
I am definitely in love with high rise living, there are pros and cons to every lifestyle I am not bashing it as I personally prefer it I am simply sharing the cons which are all true
