maybe just compile all the clips of your return journey, make it short (within 22-30 mins) and just put the entire return journey as one single video (no need to show everything, just the interesting bits and pieces, the hotels, the restaurants, the food etc and little bit of the roads of course). That one video should be able to sum up the entire series beautifully.
