I bought the glowen raptor 3 Weeks ago and was so happy when it arrived. My Gasburner failed after one hour of using the oven. I asked for a refund because I was very disappionted with the quality because thats a know problem. Got now answer from the glowen Support within one week. The Oven is doing a Great Job if it Works but i would not buy it again. The Quality ist not worth a thousand euros.
My gas burner at Raptor 2 also failed. I contacted the support they were really fast with the answer and they provided me a temporarily solution a video how to fix it. The also send a new burner fast (1 week) because they had to make a whole new burner series to fix the fault. My oven now works really good and pizzas are baked to perfection
