Hello, choosing temperature of Polyol, TDI for continuous Foaming machine depends on Ambient temperature, presence of inorganic filler, secondary blowing agent and TDI index, but for box Foaming it will be at room temperature of chemicals and you just play around with TDI index (determinant of exotherm)

What's the formula for making RIGID rebonded foam. What chemicals do you use to make it more rigid beside glue?
Make higher density by increasing the quantity of bonded glue (not foam chips) and compress more and cure for a little longer time duration
If you make a video about temperature of materials before making foam, I will be appreciated.
