I cooked this last night for dinner sobrang sarap na sarap sila! Naubos yung sinaing ko nakakatuwa. Tamang tama daw yung timpla. Instead of using soysauce kasi i used liquid seasoning to make it less salty. Try nyo lang! Thank you kuya fern!

The jelly- like texture is due to its high collagen and it is great for the skin to keep its youthfulness and for flexible joints.There is not a week Asians do not indulge in this kind of dish. The people of the west are put off by the texture preferring instead solid muscle meats with its attendant unhealthy benefits. But it's these kind of meat cuts with bones , joints , tendons , ligaments that are beneficial to health . They come in cheap only popular to certain cultures. But , hey that is fine with me. The more there is for me . I'm always open to new ways of making it more delicious like this recipe you generously share as always.
You always cook with high flame & toss the aromatics when sauteeing. I guess that’s your flare in cooking, very different processes but end result looks good. Maybe worth exploring.....👍

Gamit ko, coke or sprite instead of sugar and vinegar. Mas madali kasing lumambot ang karne tsaka balanse yung lasa. Pero itong version mo, maganda.
