A fireplace should be brick or natural stone and it should be deep in case of hard times or power outages. That being said, I wish I could take one of these mansions and put right smack in the middle of New Jersey!

This clueless guy reading the script pronounces "Parquet floors" as "PARKET floors" (and doesn't really know how to pronounce "stucco" either).... is probably not the best choice to narrate a video discussing multi multi multi million dollar properties for the ultra rich. It's clear that the only time he's even SEEN a "PARKET" floor is when he was wearing a white suit coat and serving Hor d'oeuvres from a silver tray to a party-full of very rich people.
