This horrified the victim because whoever ONS is he has a wife and children anaware he is a serial rapist and killer.

Jack's mutilations escalated over time; SGA, whose murders happened years prior, would've already been at the extreme level of mutilation if he had fled to England. He, to me, is the most intriguing and fascinating serial killer of all time. It's ridiculous how much I am obsessed with that case, because of all the rapes he committed and murders and still eluded the police, which is mind boggling to me, because he struck in a quite "small" general area repeatedly. How he hasn't been caught is insane to me. What's also interesting is that there is a huge list of all the days/week/"time" of all his **reported** crimes. Most of his crimes were committed 1-2 weeks apart. I'd say about 35-40 were within a 1 week - 2 week time frame. However, near the "end" of his crimes, they were becoming quite far apart. Some ranging from 4 months to 8 months. A complete stop near the end. During the middle of it, though, there's some that were just days apart for a month or two, as if he just went on a rampage for some reason and couldn't stop, like someone who just binged on booze/drugs. They had one of those "spurts," ya know, which in my opinion, I think that time frame there (the rage) could be the key to solving the crime, as well as the town hall meeting (and photo). I'm not gonna sit here, though, and say I have all the answers or even say that my own theories are right, because I don't know, but if I had to put some money on it. I'd say that during this entire time frame, he was single. Or, at the very least, lived by himself. The reason I think that is because during the beginning and even middle of his crimes that were happening in short spans, I don't see how (if he was in a relationship or even lived with his gf/wife if he had one) the significant other wouldn't realize something weird was going on (maybe not his behavior, but his absence from the home). In fact, I think he was single because with some victims, he would literally stay there for a few hours or so, eating food, watch TV, whatever. So, if we are willing to accept that this person was in the Town Hall meeting as lead to believe, I'd pick apart those photos and everything as much as possible (which I'm sure the cops have).
