I'm sorry I do not know the rules of the boat crew in races most of the time, but during America's CUP 34th, there were eleven crew members in the 35th America's CUP on the boat, which is much less.

Steve 1 You cannot be that ignorant?? Oracle defeated the Kiwis twice and are the defenders of the cup. The Oracle boat is faster, has a better crew and are getting faster every race. The Kiwis had to take chances because their boat is slower. They got smoked. Oracle has their number. The Kiwis need to worry about being the challengers before thinking about the Americans.
