I'm getting one just cause it has a 180 minutes recording time. Way more than I'll ever need. Will make recording my practices so much more convenient I'll actually do it. Play for a few, listen back, learn. Erase. Start again. And then maybe as a looper too. ;)
I truly appreciate how you’ve left the unintentional incidents (errors) in the video! That’s honestly as valuable as getting it perfect or editing out mistakes. Bravo, Karol.
Thanks, it happens a lot on camera but I edit as much as possible out. For this video I specifically wanted to show that it's normal to make mistakes with loopers because they take a lot of practice
Hey, great video! Can you answer a few questions I still got after doing a little bit of research? Can you undo recordings? Like, if you mess up the second layer of the loop can you undo it without erasing the whole loop? Can you still use the spark app while the Ulooper is plugged in? And by that I mean, can you tweak tones, use the backing tracks, the smart drummer, record yourself, whatever else the app let you do on it’s on I mean, if you can use the drum + bass backing track, loop your guitar parts AND record a video of all that through the app, this will be a really easy sell 😂
@ArtOfShredYT thats a shame. Do you know how in the andertons video about the looper they changed the preset through the app? (around the 2 minutes mark)
Actually you know what? I am out of my mind. I was confusing the Airstep which can't be used with the app open since I was using them together. I think you can use the ULooper pedal with the app opened just as in the Andertons vid.
@@narcizist No, as explained in the video those inputs/outputs don't work like that. From their website: "Features a 1/4" input for future external footswitch or analog input connections, currently inactive."
It is not an fx switcher, that is done on the digital amp or a separate pedalboard. It is a digital recorder and playback device. The digial amp's usb port can at the same time send out whatever is played on the guitar input (with effects) and play back any sound/music it receives. So the ULooper will first listen to the digital output from the amp and record it. Next it plays back the recorded loop to the amp (which plays it on the speaker together with the guitar channel) and at the same time records whatever is played on the amp from the guitar input the second time around (if you record multiple layers).

Can't wait to see it in action
I'm not a good looper player, but I've been having fun with it

Can't undo recordings.
Cannot use the spark app with the ULooper. You have to set up your presets and close the app for the ULooper to start working.
@ArtOfShredYT thats a shame. Do you know how in the andertons video about the looper they changed the preset through the app? (around the 2 minutes mark)
@narcizog you change the preset, close the app, then use the pedal

@@Alkalineboy76 yup yup 🤘
So if I have a tube amp is worthless, so is not really a looper but a fx switcher for certain digital amps
correct, it's made specifically for the modeling amps shown and listed
Well, it has regular inputs and outputs. I guess it could be used as a normal looper in a pedalboard
@@narcizist No, as explained in the video those inputs/outputs don't work like that. From their website: "Features a 1/4" input for future external footswitch or analog input connections, currently inactive."
Oh ok, thanks for explaining that

@ArtOfShredYT I have been looking at some maybe this will help me decide
This is a different twist on a pedal but very interesting. I like it a lot that's pretty neat
