It is just an hall effect sensor for sensing the speed. You can do the same on this wheel now. You just need to provide the pulse to the speedometer. This can be easily done i guess if you even have little knowledge in electronics. And i believe you have enough knowledge and you can do it. Good work.. keep it coming.

Can some 1 tell me why when i go on a long trip my bike releases, antifreeze from the releases host next to the radiator cap ns 200
Don't know the exact reason but it happens because ( the reason this happens in my car)
Due to the high temperature the preasure is created in your cooling sysytem , so the vehicle releases the excess preasure ,sometimes coolant may also comes with the preasure

In other countries pulsar NS 200 is having "fuel injection" for which it's powerful comparing the present NS here ! If we are going to install fuel injection then we should have to take it from a different bike and then place it over NS

First inastall abs ring on your disc plate then use the abs sensor of ns200(abs) and a new speedometer from ns200(abs). That will work.

You have used KTM rc mudguard your little bit height is increased and when you run your bike at 90 then it will affect your bike for alignment and bodyline

I have already got my NS200 modified with KTM USD forks...alloy wheels and swingarm...I have fit the KTM speed sensor on NS speedo...so there is speed error of 20-30km in topend...it's better than no speed...with KTM swing arm the bike has become longer and because of that the height has reduced...also I have fit a free flow exhaust in the same position...
