Is Ken Roczen secretly a freerider? After a memorable session with Tyler Bereman at Moto Sandbox in Florida, it's easy to make the case. Earlier this year, TB met up with Jason Baker at his FL home base to practice for Red Bull Imagination 2023 with Tom Parsons and Christian Dresser. Coincidentally, Kenny was putting in some supercross testing work at the facility ahead of Indianapolis Supercross and couldn't resist linking up with the freeriders. One thing led to another, and Roczen and Bereman connected for a day we won't soon forget. Did freeriding fuel a Roczen supercross win in Indy? We won't argue with you if you think so.

I've been watching SX for 38 yrs. Roczen is the epitome of what a SX rider should me. He's a winner, modest, clean with the heart of a lion and the toughest SOB I've ever seen.

I already can't wait for January. I want to see Kenny win a 450 Supercross Championship. I thought it might happen last season after the first couple of races, but it wasn't meant to be. I certainly can't be mad at Tomac. I like him. The guy has put in A LOT of work, and it shows. For Kenny to be talked into coming over after doing some testing on that day, just shows how cool he is. Kind of reminds me of Windham and his Huge jumps when introducing the riders at each race.
Was never a big fan of Kenny but as of lately and as of now going big. He is now one of my favorites. Super sick Kenny.

Thanks for inventing this imagination wonderworld of writing that you created. It gives junkies like me for moto something to really washed and have fun doing it just wish I was actually there doing the jumps. I’ve never had any kind a jumps like you guys built but I sure would love to try, then kind it in my blood.

Work him into it. Keeping him safe is the best idea. He need to get the feel and that takes time. I compare it to shooting a basketball. At 1st you aren't even close. With time you get better at hitting it.

Seeing how big that jump is on a moto really puts in perspective how big dudes are going on MTB nowadays. Redbull need to give Tom Isted a deal. He flipped a mountain bike 120 feet dirt to dirt.
Some of these mtb jumps these days are insane. Gaps I don't want hit on a moto.

Most people have no idea how crazy it is to do big jumps. You literally guess how fast to go and just send it. Once youre in the air there is no changing your fate. Come up short or long and its broken legs and back time
