Magic mirror on the wall, who will get the harshest sentence of them all? That’s right, we’re going to the beginning of the Disney Animated Canon with The Golden Age! If you think about it, Disney didn’t pull any punches with their villains early on. Quite a few of their early villains are truly dark and depraved, going to lengths that some modern Disney villains wouldn’t dare go. But which of these baddies are getting off easy, and which ones are gonna end up in the slammer, or worse?

Could we see a horror movie sentencing playlist? I want to see just how creative they can get with the official charges for various slasher villains, demons, and/or supernatural creatures. I'd especially love to see how creative they could come up with for Charges on Stephen King Movie Villains just because I'd want to see how they'd charge Pennywise, the Children of the Corn, and well, literally the Hotel in "The Shining" (would you charge the hotel or the hotel's owner? Definitely a question that needs to be addressed.)

If you think of it, The Coachman is probably one of the only Disney Animated Villians who is never stopped. I mean think about it. He isn't killed by the end of the movie, he isn't arrested for his crimes, he doesn't have a change of heart, and the boys never revolt against him or his workers and escape.
So considering these aspects, it's nice to finally see him get what he deserves. Even if it's technically not canon and is just a RUclips video, it's better than the original of his getting off Scott free.
He got off scot free in the book as well

Unfortunately, he's meant to be an incarnation of the devil, a being that cannot be brought to earthly justice. Remember the scene where he has a meeting at a crossroads at midnight? According to legend, if you wait at a crossroads at midnight, that's who you meet.
How you gonna give the Huntsman a sentence? He was following the Queen's orders and he didn't follow through when approaching Snow White, he should get a pardon.

I'm with you guys on this one. He was forced to do it, but he made up for it by letting Snow White go. He should be pardoned or be let off the hook. He probably got his family and himself out of the kingdom in case the Evil Queen figured out that she was tricked.
At least he should get a chance for parole.

If Harry Potter villains were charged for their crimes! Start from the least obvious to the most obvious.
That's a GREAT idea, Voldemort no doubt would be sentenced to death and for Snape.. Well, I wouldn't count him as a villain in my opinion but I'd say it's community service for him and probably a few years in prison for the death of Dumbledore though he really did have to do it. Lucius Malfoy would probably get a couple years in prison, or in this case Azkaban, and some community service would do the trick for that blonde bastard.

Great video, but I'd like to mention That The Evil Queen is also guilty of Abuse of Power and Enslavement. As her name suggests, she ruled her kingdom with an iron fist, only caring about her vanity and status as "Fairest one of all" at the expense of the land's residents. And she forced Snow to serve her kingdom as a castle maid. Now Cinderella may have been a slave in her own house, but imagine already being a Princess and being forced into slavery to your own Kingdom! Snow White did have had a smile on her face while cleaning, but I bet she was hiding her frustration.

Yeah I can just imagine the people trying to execute him and him being like "Ha ha, seriously?" and then destroy their entire town.

Unecessary to consider the Magic Mirror a villan and give him setence since he is neither good nor evil, just follow his purpose, to answer the one who ask the question.That would be the equivalent of sentencing a computer or cellphone just because they were used by thief to get information.

Monstro was technically fulfilling his role in the circle of life, but we have no idea how glutinous he is.

I don't really thing Monstro is a real villain. He is just an animal who only eats another sea animals because he is a depredator. And i know he eated Pinocchio and his family, but again he is a carnivorous

Ironically enough, that’s exactly what happens to Stromboli in the live action remake (though it was undisclosed as to how long he’d be in the clink) and dying is exactly what happens to the coachman in the Pinocchio SNES game.

Man in Bambi's real life crimes are using dogs for hunting, attempted hunting of a fawn, fire negligence, and the real life courts could additionally charge him if he's hunting in a protected area, or if he's hunting protected animals besides fawns and probably endangered or keystone species. His sentences would include hunting licenses being revoked, and probably jail or prison mostly for the fire.

Bambi and his mother were a fawn and doe, which by law cannot be hunted. The kicker is that since we don’t even see Man, that hunter, and all the others with him, can’t even be formally charged whatsoever.
Children and animals are not safe in Disney movies.
You should of added mutilation and/or poisoning to the coachman's charge. Because turning kids into donkeys is the definition of mutilating a child. And poisoning since the only reason they become donkeys is because the coachman allowed them consume a certain substance that I need to watch the movie to figure out. Unless someone tells me ofc.
Don't think consuming anything was what turned them into donkeys, except in Adventures of Pinocchio.

Fun fact; "Man" has been theorised to be Gaston from Beauty and the Beast, the first film in your first video concerning trying Disney villains. Bambi's Mum cameoed in the intro of Little Town and Gaston is shown to be a hunter, so that would be some more crimes for Gaston. Also, the Huntsman wasn't actually a bad guy and the Magic Mirror was a slave to the Evil Queen, so I'd say let them go with full pardons.

That means they have to continue on with the revival Era. For this one, example, King Candy, I feel like he'd definitely be charged with identity theft(or identity fraud) I know I've said it once before but there's not doubt that he would be😬😬
He's also guilty of usurping the throne, and 2 counts of attempted regicide for trying to kill Vanellope, which immediately warrants him the death penalty
@@smaybius Totally makes sense, as Vanellope is technically a princess and the true ruler of Sugar Rush. So it's safe to say that KC deserves the death penalty but not exactly sure how it would be considering that fact he's a game character and all. 4:21, it’s adapted from a book written in 19th Century Italy but said book was set well before then. Likewise for Snow White and 19th Century Germany.

Lots of people would argue that Monstro is just following his predatory instinct. Why did he eat all those fish? He's hungry and needs to eat. Why did he try to kill Pinocchio and Gepetto after they escaped his body? They made him angry.

in some countrys killing deer etc that have a faun isent allowed, atleast not if you see the faun to. (same for moose and elk) there is specific amount of specific animals and ages that can be killed so like 3 fully grown males, 2 last year calfs and 2 females etc.

The Dumbo part is why circuses have become frowned upon due to animal abuse and the hunter who killed Bambi's mother was poaching since the titular character was still a fawn so, by law, it's illegal to kill doe who have young or may be pregnant (I looked it up)

In a cut part of the script of Who Framed Rodger Rabbit, When discussing the Toon that killed Eddie's Brother, Eddie remarks that it was the same Toon who killed Bambi's Mother. As a hunter/sportsman, I would absolutely charge the hunters in Bambi. They were reckless, wantonly blasting any animals they saw, rather than hunting specific animals for food, pelts, or population control. It played out like a bunch of drunks in the woods playing with guns, which would explain their negligence in starting the forest fire.
Khalon: I prefer Chernabog having a life sentence of being chained be in the underworld, because it sounds like it’s biblically accurate. That’s what I think will happen to Satan after the Rapture.

It’s a shame the Ringmaster isn’t even considered a villain in spite of his actions. Sure he may seem to be humble at the best of times, but animal abuse is right up there in his crimes, or almost cruelty in Dumbo’s case. Also, based on what those Roustabouts state, he might also be racist with them. And those other Elephants might also be victims of his abuse, but given their treatment of Dumbo, you’d think they should also get a punishment, not a harsh one though.
And as for Man, it stands to reason that because we don’t see him, he can’t be formally charged either way. But more specifically, there’s a specific line in the hunting rules he crossed: you cannot hunt a doe or fawn, shooting the bucks/stags is fair game. So I’d argue he should’ve also got a huge fine on top of his prison sentence.

well funny enough in the remake Stromboli got sent to prison for his crimes and if Monstro really is that much of a threat to everyone they should send someone to deal with him basically like in Jaws and yep Ronno was just doing what came naturally to male deers and his sentence would be more of he would be picked up by animal control if his sentence was getting shot that would be a bit much since like I said they just do what they do

I don't think it's fair to put the Magic Mirror on Trial, I always thought of him more as an object. He doesn't choose his owner or what questions he answers.

I feel sorry for the Mirror and the Huntsman from Snow White, and the troublemakers duo of Honest John and Gideon from Pinocchio, less so for both Stromboli from Pinocchio, and the Ringmaster from Dumbo, though not as bad for them, the same with Ronno, who at least got what he deserved in the film, also, good sentence for the man from the same film!
Finally after all this waiting, inner peace

Technically, the Magic Mirror wouldn’t be given any charges, as he is not doing what he does by choice. He is referred to as the “Slave in the mirror,” which if true, would free him of any charge.

Good stuff though I could’ve sworn there were other villains in the original Fantasia. Also to be fair to Monstro, none of the animals in Pinocchio (aside from Gideon and Jiminy of course) seem as human-like or sapient as others in Disney films so I don’t think the whale himself would truly qualify as sapient enough for proper charges.
