How does this compare to the Keychron line-up? At work I've had the original Wave forever (used one at work since 2012 - model K350). At home I've tried a few of the Keychron keyboards -- and I just can't get used to the Keychron style (yes, I'm odd). There is just something too harsh about typing on the larger/deeper keys.

Both are game-ready, but DSV2 might have faster actuations (shorter actuation point & optical switches). DSV2 also has smoother keys, comparing its linear vs. the tactile version of the G515, which is scratchier. The G515, however, is appreciably more practical in productivity, typing, coding chores; a significant aspect where the G515 is definitely preferable. Although the DSV2 may be a great at gaming, those quick actuation points do get in the way in productivity (typing related) chores. As for angle, with feet (risers) tucked in, the G515 sits lower, the DSV2 is slightly taller & also has slightly more angle. With feet extended to intermediate level, the same is true. Fair to assume the same holds true at full extension. The only obvious aspect that the G515 can improve on is the scratchiness of its keys; even so, some won't even notice that they are relatively less fluid. But, again, for all practical usage apart from gaming, slightly scratchy is far more preferable to frequent unintentional key registers (mishits).

Could I use this as a second keyboard (with a Corsair K95) just for macros and shortcuts? I have had G610 and G910 keyboards, both of which died. The K95 has been going long enough to wear the black off the E and A keys, but I would like more custom keys for Adobe apps. So does the G515 have the full functionality with G-Hub as I am used to with older Logitech gaming keyboards? BTW I am envisioning it on a shelf above and behind my main keyboard that I can slide under my centre monitor. Would this work for me? I think I am going to try it.
