I just got back from an awful driving lesson after I drove perfectly last week, not sure why it happened, but i guess it was just one of them days. But at the end of the day we’re still learning and have time to improve so don’t be too hard on yourself!! Update: I passed first time in December with no minors! You guys got this, you need them bad lessons to learn from it. It’s all part of the learning process so don’t give up x
i had a terrible mock test 2 days before my test last week and had 12 minors and 5 serious faults but when i got to my test i passed with 4 minors it happens trust me youre fine
Actually thought this was a really good video to share. It’s important to remember that we are still learning and won’t always have a smooth sailing lesson. It’s best to make these mistakes when learning and under your instructors tuition than on your test day or worse, on your own after passing.
That’s it! I’ve had the best students have their off days. Where they keep making silly mistakes, but it’s all about how you learn from those mistakes 👏🏽
Been driving for 44 years, yet you still manage to teach me useful things in your videos. Thanks and keep uploading them. Erin is lucky to have you as her instructor.
i'm american and just recently got my license, so theres really no reason for me to watch these videos, but I love them! they're so entertaining, and it's so cool to see all the different rules you guys have!! thanks for these videos, aman!!!
I had my driving test this morning and passed first time with 3 minors! I would like to extend my thanks to you, Aman, as your videos have helped me tremendously since I began learning to drive in March and I will continue to watch all your videos to get better and better.
This is so true and so normal to have a bad lesson. Even when you pass, we still make mistakes. When I passed, I thought I’d be the polished article so to speak but in fact that’s when you really learn and that you don’t always drive perfectly. Keep going Erin, you’ll get there 🥰 xx
I have been learning for 8-10 months and after switching instructor was told my biggest problem was approach speed. When my new instructor showed me just how slow I should be on approach, and how early I should be braking and changing to 2nd, i couldn't believe it! As a learner I really worry about being "too slow" so it's hard to build this habit. My problem now is being too hesitant, as I am still trying to find the right balance in my driving.
passed my test yesterday with 3minors🥳 these videos helped a bunch!! Anyone who hasn’t passed keep practising, you will have your license before you know it!
Aman as a driving instructor myself (in Australia), I just love your No nonsense, positive and practical attitude. “That was ok. Wasn’t great, but we’ll work on it…” Brilliant. Keep up the good work. 😊
What a kind gesture from Taran! I'm sure you do remember all your pupils, Aman, but you definitely won't forget Taran now!! You are such a patient and kind hearted girl, the perfect personality to be a Driving Instructor. Your professionalism is also very impressive. Everyone thinks the world of you, so the occasional token of appreciation is so well deserved.
Awww bless her, you can see Anxiety getting the best of her in this episode. I do this and can make some silly mistakes, but it does get Better Erin! I promise! And I'm doing an Automatic license and still get Anxiety blackouts. You can do this Erin!! You've got this! Also, Amin, I love how you teach, very similar to my instructor. You'll/we'll miss Erin once she passes!!! 🎉
I hate having lesson like this, so annoying as you know you can do better! I really enjoy this series though as Erin makes the same mistakes/decisions I do, so I really learn from your teaching moments 😂👍🏼 it can be a lot to take in in the situation too, so good to reflect back later on!
I have been learning to drive since January, I get good days where my driving is great and others are shocking! It’s all part of the progress but I always feel a bit defeated after a bad day. Thank you for a great video! Erin you are doing amazing xx
Passed my test first time today with one minor, these videos really helped me so thank you Aman! And good luck to anyone doing their test soon, your do great! :)
If you mean the humped pedestrian crossing that was a large bang and it put her off changing down to second to turn left at the roundabout. This is how it goes on test, one mistake you realise then you are likely to follow up with more unless you can put it aside.
@@ClearviewDrivingwe have so many of these bumps where I live and they are the worst thing ever. My poor car screams even if I slow down a lot, I wish they would re do the road 😭

Doing great erin...im learning in an automatic. I have great admiration for anyone learning in a manual. Your videos teach me a lot. Thanks for makinf them
As an instructor, there are so many opportunities during this lesson for Q&A but none are taken. Erin you need to take more responsibility for your learning, this is why you keep making the same mistakes during these videos. Amen should be guiding you to make your own decisions instead of just telling you what to do and setting individually learning goals instead of just laughing through it and ignoring most of your basic faults.
Been driving for 11 years, and even though I live in California (traffic rules are similar mostly) other than driving on the opposite side of road- these videos make me much more conscious and aware.. love these videos!!❤❤❤
I really like the way she is attending the driving lessons and explaining tricky situations. I wish I have had a driving instructor like her back in the day. My instructor explained shit to me. On my very first lesson (I wasn't anywhere near firm in controlling the car itself) , he already sent me on a quite busy road and even got mad at me as I was overwhelmed. I guess I learned most things the hard way
Aww poor Erin. She wasn’t feeling it in this lesson. Keep it going girl, you’ll gain more confidence soon. Just trust yourself more and try to relax. Whatever you’re doing approaching junctions, lights, roundabouts etc, take it easy and observe well enough.
Some of these comments about Erin need to stop. Stop sexualising her random old pervs. And stop judging her for laughing nervously and making mistakes occasionally. She’s being filmed of course she’s extra nervous and will nervous laugh. We’re seeing a fraction of her learning progress and lessons. Long time lurker but man the comments on this one annoyed me. I think she’s doing good.
Love watching Erin; she reminds me of when I was much younger. I'm sure I used to go mentally offline when driving because it was too overwhelming. I do hope Erin watches her sessions because everything Aman says makes sense. We're all rooting for you Erin! Aman, we need a comp reel of your flinching reactions; so funny, 'cos I do the same watching it!

A couple of scary moments there Erin! But you're learning and some of the other drivers on the road today were appalling. I think You got stressed out, chill and approach with confidence.
My last lesson I was awful. I had a car try to squeeze past off a roundabout and nearly hit the side of me. Which just ruined the entire lesson because of my nerves. Two dangerous and one serious faults on a mock, I was so frustrated after my lesson.
“Oh no more countryside!” Still my reaction 10 years after passing when I see god awful country lanes with people doing ridiculous speeds around blind bends at night

I'm having issues with steering control, i keep drifting to the left alot, do you have any advice on how to improve lane discipline? My instructor says it's something they can't help with and I have to figure it out on my own?
I think if aaron was to get more frequent lessons brother than once every two weeks, she will be a more confident driver before I passed my test there would be days where I wouldn’t see my instructor for a week and I would lose my confidence. That reason it took me a month before my theory expiring to pass.

I think if aaron was to get more frequent lessons brother than once every two weeks, she will be a more confident driver before I passed my test there would be days where I wouldn’t see my instructor for a week and I would lose my confidence. That reason it took me a month before my theory expiring to pass.

I had some bad lessons which make you wonder why you're even bothering. I then passed with 2 minors first time.
Persist with it though, it's worth it.
