Our worst nightmares come true, a dead body is found just near our Hotel early in the morning in Veracruz - supposed to be a safe holiday town. Both myself and David a little shaken up, we speak to a local that says he was shot, but will not disclose who did it.

@@kvz1844 .....But you don't know him as neither do i. It's simply entertainment and if he wishes to ask for support you don't have to give it in fact you don't need to watch at all. I just don't understand people like you. My head can't process it because if i do not like a movie or vlog i just do not waste precious minutes of my lifetime bothering with it.

Not sure if there was a need to stop and go back for a second look and record it, and then come up with a story about the body being dumped.
The guy was shot. Had that happened outside the hotel, staff and customers would hear. So yes, shot elsewhere most likely and dumped. The first dozen times there’s a natural curiosity about a deceased person. But I guarantee that after a few dozen, you don’t really care
If this guy was shot (cause i live near there and i didn't knew) were just right there that is a parking lot the white car was his car he tried to run away the door is open so it's obvious. That kind of situation is normally a cartel's reckoning but who knows.

I’ve watched this guy travel around the world, but if this would have been the first series of his I watched I would have assumed he has never left his suburb before. I’ve liked all his content before, but this one has been so over dramatic.

How would those of us playing at home get a real sense of what the location was actually like. There’s nothing wrong with confronting images to give contrast to show a side of Mexico we didn’t know existed. Makes a change from another beach location with umbrellas. It’s not like Danny walked up to the body and ripped the sheet off it. He was quite respectful actually

Seeing one dead body in Veracruz really isn't anything to be concerned about in this world we are living in. In the first 5 months of this year, there have been 239 murders in Chicago. That's over 1.5 per day.

Gosh Danny, it makes it more scarry with that music you use and play. Being in Mexico, the country of love play some mariachi musica instead of that funural weird musica. Make Mexico nice don't downplay the country. You get good service, good food, good musica ok everything so enjoy. And yes, I'm sure Mexico is happy to have both of you enjoying and visiting so enjoy and play some mariachi musica.

Danny I love you but do you think about what you say sometimes. You said man I feel bad for that dead body being there effecting business and scaring tourists. You wish it wouldnt have been there so no one sees it so tourists aren't afraid to come. Then you post it in your vlog and make Mexico look dangerous and scary by playing ominous music to b roll of you going down the high way. You are adding to fear and for what reason. You see one crime scene in what 3000 kilometers of Mexico riding living in America the whole place is a crime scene

I had to comment this. I love Danny but he really gets things wrong often. Like the crosses on the side of the road saying they were cartel related when it's just accidents. Mexicans are really religious and put crosses out for loved ones
If it was cartel related the guy wouldn’t want to weigh in on it because speculation(on camera) can cost you your life in Mexico if the wrong people see it.

350 people are shot every day in America, more on the weekends. The way you are reacting to one dead body, which you have no idea how they died, tells me you are very sheltered in Australia, or maybe I’m just numb from being accustomed to it.

Still Mexico’s rate is almost 7 times higher than in USA. And considering that Mexico has a population of 131m while the USA has 335m. Quite a substancial difference.
Australia murder rate is very very low. Danny has been there for just a couple of days and already drive by a murder scene in a downtown area. His reaction is quite understandable considering.
All of the tolls you are paying in Mexico are just like all of the ads that we have to watch during your videos. Just when you think there won't be another ad, BOOM wrong.

Don’t worry about everyone complaining about the dead body Danny. I believe you were respectful in not showing it whilst also giving the people that follow your channel an authentic unscripted look at this particular location. Would have been a different story if you walked right up to it.

The saddest thing is that the guy shot probably died over something we wouldn’t even lose a minute sleep over. Death is certain,life is not. Be mindful of your surroundings all who read this, shit can turn bad real fast. Makes ya think, if he was legally armed-would have he had a chance to defend himself.

Watch itchy boots if you want to see the actual nice parts of Mexico. She speaks the language, so can interact and stay with locals in small villages, unlike Danny and Parry who are just riding from city to city on the highways.

Yeah Its best to go with someone who has family in Mexico and get the real experience. Or atleast hire a guide or take someone that knows the language. As a southern California native it's hard watching him butcher everything
This by far has been the worst series for content. At first Danny appeared terrified by the hype regarding the cartels, then as a few have said complains about the cost of the tolls, stays in over expensive hotels and no interaction with the locals due to not learning some Spanish before travelling there. This is not the real Mexico being portrayed.
The India series on the other hand was real and engaging with a raw edge that is missing in this series. I normally enjoy his edits, but not on this occassion.
Another great episode, just shows how cheap life can be in some parts of the world.
We all smell the same in a few days.
