This child just explains what is happening in such a adult way it's heartbreaking
to hear him and his sister talk so honestly about their life , living with knowing their farther is going to die very soon and hearing about the only bright spark that they have in their life is when they can visit a hospice, for a few hours and just be kids making a card for dad
