- Here I leave you this recipe for puff pastry threads, with a delicious yolk cream and very crunchy.

Here are the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
3 puff pastry sheets
1 egg white (to paint the puff pastry)
FOR THE YOLK CREAM
4 egg yolks
80ml of water
240gr of sugar
FOR THE FINAL FROSTING
35ml of water
200gr of icing sugar
