    Watched it all. That one piston looked rough around the edges.
    Keep plugging at it.

    12:00 I hear filing back and forth. File toward the inside only and then deburr before placing in the cylinder. There will be burrs to be removed from that large file being used.

    Are all the pistons the same? I thought you would gap each one for the hole it came out of.i guess it won’t matter much cuz the cylinder walls look a little rough

    7:30 Check those ring gaps again. You said .009" was good and I'm thinking .020" is more like what you want. Use your piston with a ring on it to get uniform depth.

      Yes thank you! I remeasured them all to about .020”
