Thank you for showing us full stages of your growing technique. I enjoy seeing how we all grow things differently . You have gave me some new ideas for sure. And personally there's not much of a better feeling that you get when planting and watching it grow, whether it's flowers and plants or vegetable gardens planting those tiny seeds and watching them develop is a beautiful thing . Not to mention what we grow ourselves taste so so much better than anything that can be bought at a store. And it doesn't take much room to grow for ourselves, we may have to get creative for sure. But so worth it. You did an amazing job.

@@kitten94515 my husband and I use a similar method for growing cucumbers and we've employed it for tomatoes and beans as well. The yield is higher and picking is much easier. We make our "tent" higher though so we can walk under it for picking. For tomatoes we use indeterminate types which allows for very tall plants that will grow well over 8' high. Normally they will grow up and over the "roof" of the "tent" and then we snip the tops so they do not grow any taller. I LOVE this method and we've used it for decades.

We've used variations of this method for decades and grow our cucumbers and tomatoes this way. Once you try any variation of this method, you never want to return to the old method of gardening in rows in the ground. The yield is so much higher and picking is so very much easier. You don't lose any cucumbers (or tomatoes) to slugs and they are clean instead of full of garden soil.
