Heyyy Tameka😊. I am so late to the HR. 10 week temp assignment turned permanent. I learned on the job. At 1 year in, I felt inadequate so i signed up and got SHRM-CP. I'm an HROO. What do you recommend for Professional Development.

@HeyyyHR - I'm late in my career learning HR. As with so many of us, COVID caused me to make a shift. I was offered a 10-week temp assignment that turned permanent. I've worked alone as an HRDO - HR Department of One since then. I'm trying to determine the most beneficial direction to take in terms of professional development. I am not satisfied with my current level of HR knowledge. There's so much to learn. I'll check out your list of recommendations. Thanks!
