Yes, much respect between Stephen & Ronnie. It’s always nice to hear real words. There’s pros and cons about people’s choice of lifestyle. Example Ding’s snooker academy or club is for his future financial income away from his pro snooker life. Which is a great idea but of course like Ronnie said it’s currently in the way of Ding being at the elite top and staying on top in the world and even win big tournaments such as the WSC. Another example Ronnie as of today focusing a lot of his free time in jogging, cooking shows and obviously in his partnership with Rokit and his own store RS ROCKET brand which does sometimes affect his performance or motivation to win because winning is really not as important as his lifestyle. I’m sure deep in his heart he would love to win his 7th WSC titles and other titles but Ronnie always playing it cool
Great interview, they both clearly get on extremely well, have enormous respect and hold each other in the highest regard. Hendry was a more consistent winner than Ronnie, but Ronnie is by a distance the greatest, most talented, pure Genius Snooker player I’ve ever seen in my lifetime.
The only straight answers he gives are when he's being interviewed by a great (Hendry, Davis, White, etc) -- poor journalists get grunts and an insight into his running.

I believe this was recorded back in 2013-2019 haha because Ronnie here said, “thinking of winning 3 more world titles to surpass you is a mountain to climb etc etc.” So that means Ronnie at this time has 5 world titles already. Two more to tie Hendry and three more to surpass.

Love Ronnie but he lost edge Im affraid. 5 finals lost this season I dont see him beating likes of Trump Robertson or Selby on form. I hope Im wrong
